What team tools are there?
Chat, announcements and tasks sit next to the roster, so you can drop the separate group chat.

Post an announcement to the whole store or to one department, and notify the team.
Tasks that repeat
Give tasks a due date, repeat them daily, weekly or monthly, and team members mark them done.
Incident reports
Any team member can report an incident with photos and the people involved, even without a connection. Managers then review it and decide what happens next.
Forms and checklists
Build forms and checklists, share them with roles, set reminders and review what comes back.
Required documents
List the documents each team member must hold, such as certificates, and get a reminder 30 days before one expires.
