Cord8 is rostering and inventory software for independent retail and hospitality businesses in Australia. This page explains the plans, the users and locations they include, and how scan credits work. Sign-up is not open yet. Join the waitlist.
Prices are in Australian dollars (A$). Prices are ex GST. GST at 10% is added when you pay. The plan cards and add-ons also show the GST-inclusive amount.

Extra users and locations
Your plan includes a set number of users and locations. Add more when you need them.
Extra user
A$4 per extra user per month ex GST A$4.40 incl. GST
One allowance of 15 users covers your whole workspace, whichever products you buy. Extra users can be added. Each extra user is A$4 a month. Free covers up to 10 users and cannot add more.
Extra location
A$25 per extra location per month ex GST A$27.50 incl. GST
Extra locations are charged only when you have Inventory: A$25 each beyond the first, up to 50 locations in total. Employees alone: up to 10 locations, no charge.
A store you have switched Inventory off for yourself is not counted. Buying Inventory switches it on at your other stores, and each of those counts. If every store is off, buying it switches them all on.
Users are counted once for the whole workspace, not once for each product. On annual billing an extra user is A$43.20 a year and an extra location is A$270.00 a year, both ex GST.

Scan credits
Each image we read costs 1 credit. 50 images a month are included. After that an image costs A$0.25 (100-credit pack) or A$0.22 (500-credit pack), ex GST. A 3-image invoice uses 3 credits, which is A$0.75 or A$0.66 once your included credits are used.
50 credits are included with Inventory each month. Included credits do not roll over and reset each month. Credits are not charged for images we fail to read. A scan that was read keeps its credit spent: deleting or rejecting it does not return the credit.

Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Included credits are used first, then the pack that expires soonest. A daily limit of 50 scans applies to each location.
When credits run out
When you run out of credits you can still receive stock by hand. Scanning starts again when more included credits arrive next month or the account owner buys a pack. The account owner buys packs from Billing on the web, while Inventory is on an active subscription. Other team members are asked to contact the account owner.

Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
When sign-up opens, your first paid plan will start with a 14-day trial. A card is required. You pay nothing during the trial. After 14 days we charge the plan price plus GST, and it renews each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged. The Free plan needs no card.
How is GST shown?
Prices are ex GST. GST at 10% is added when you pay. The plan cards and add-ons also show the GST-inclusive amount.
Do credits carry over?
Included credits do not carry over and reset each month. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Included credits are used first, then the pack that expires soonest.
